Hello, my name is Allen Pool and welcome to my website dedicated to the Samuel Pool Family of Mississippi and all of the descendants and connections. I began the search for my roots in 1978 and have always wanted to share what I have found. I decided to make as much of my results and findings available to all who wish to use it. It is my goal to provide all the material that I have with all that are searching their ancestry along the same lines. Some of the information may be "old news" but I hope that some of it will be useful (and interesting) in connecting other family lines. There are a lot of pictures that were provided by cousins and to them, I am forever grateful.
I will add more as I dig it out of my trunk (I still find items in there that I had forgotten). I will make every attempt to update this site as new items are uncovered and are sent to me. If anyone has any items, pictures, stories to send or corrections, please, feel free to contact me and I will add or change them.
