Which proves a point...Janet Reno and the rest of the corrupt and incompetent in the I.N.S. can use machine guns and black masks to roust some innocent Cuban residents in the middle of the night to steal a little boy and send him back to Cuba! But guard our country and its citizens from terrorists...that would be too difficult for the incompetent morons at the I.N.S.!! In fact, if those terrorists can't sneak past the idiots supposedly guarding our borders, our stupid bureaucrats will simply issue them student visas...even if it takes them 6 months after the terrorists have already killed themselves and 3,000 Americans!! Congress recycles more waste than anybody else! And the useless bureaucrats faithfully follow Congress' example.
